Beautiful Premium flat, it is very central and newly renovated: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, designer kitchen open to the living room, with sofa bed, and 50" smart tv, air conditioning and possibility of parking in the same building. Located next to Corte Ingles, 10 min. walk to Calle Larios and Soho, and just as close to most places of interest, however, it is a calm and quiet area. Metro and train terminal a few minutes away. Beaches easily accessible.
