Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Puerto Nuevo

Enjoyed our stay. Just as described. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions. We felt at ease and comfortable. Being near the Manantial Ojo de Agua, restaurants, the beach as well as local stores, was also a great plus. Recommended.

Wonderful little spot, extremely clean air worked like a dream kitchen was well stocked with necessities and we were extremely happy with our stay! Host provided lots of information regarding the highlights nearby which was so helpful. We were looking for a stay last minute and were so grateful to the host for accommodating us! Would book again!

We enjoyed the apartment and it's facilities very much. it was very well equipped, clean and in a great location. For an apartment complex of this size the pool felt small, but it was nice and they provided a pool umbrella and towels. We cooked and felt the kitchen had plenty to make it possible. Best, and most appreciated part of the stay, was they had battery operated lights in case of a power outage. That showed how proactive they were. We would return knowing we were in great hands.

This was a last minute picked and worth every penny! The place it’s super clean, huge and peaceful! Not far from the beach and restaurants. The place doesn’t feel like an Airbnb. Love the privacy it makes you feel like you a local! Highly recommended!

It was a great stay it had a lot around the beaches 4mins away. There is a lot of opinions of food. Overall it was cozy quiet and clean.

The apartment is beautiful very well decorated the beds are very comfortable. Besides the fact that there’s only AC in each bedrooms all the way in the back of the apartment. It is very hard to cool off living room, kitchen, dining room area or even upstairs but other than that, really no complaints. Sheyla was very helpful with getting us through the gate and also with the power outage of the island.

Inlove with this place I’ve been to plenty of air bnbs and this was one of the most clean beautiful everything you need and kid friendly. I definitely recommend and will be coming back I didn’t want to leave :(

Jocelyn's place is on the water and a short 1/4 mile from Vega Baja's waterfront and then another 1/4 mile and you are at their beautiful beach. As someone told us it is, "One of Puerto Rico's hidden treasures." There are plenty of good places to eat within a couple of miles. Jocelyn is very responsive, friendly and helpful. We could communicate with Jocelyn thru Airbnb, text or phone which made communicating easy and convenient. And we met our host, Jocelyn which we are not able to do with many Airbnb hosts. We will definitely return.

Great home with lots of space, comfortable beds, and fully functional kitchen. Located in a tucked away neighborhood but easy location to get to. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants and main roads. If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs. At least two neighbors have lots of roosters and chickens. We got used to the natural sounds and it didn’t bother our sleeping. Hosts were great and responsive. Our family would book again.

This was our first stay in Vega Baja and it was wonderful. 2 minutes from the beach, supermarket, restaurants, everything in walking distance. The apartment was clean, and had every single thing we needed. Not one complaint! Host was very responsive and helpful. Planning to stay again next time we are in town! Thank you for a great stay!

This our second time coming back here. My family loves it here. Place looks exactly the same and still super clean. I love Vega baja and this house is super close to anything you need to get to. Close to highways and down the street from playa Puerto Nuevo. Will be back again next year !

The area is safe and welcoming. The rooftop patio was great to hang out and enjoy the stars at night. The apartment was clean with all amenities for a day at the beach. The Porfirio was very responsive to all of our questions. The area beach was great. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation, great area restaurants, and very friendly people.

We had a wonderful stay at Grace's place. The place had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. The beach was private, beautiful, and relaxing. The location is a good spot if you are exploring sites on both sides of the island. We would definitely stay there again!

Great listing and just like the pictures. Literally 2 min from the beach and can see the views from the home! Comfy stay, rainforest shower head, everything updated! The locals are even better! About 30-45 min out from San Juan but perfect if you want more relaxing and cultural stay vs in the city stay. Would 100% book again :)))

Paul was helpful from the very beginning, he helped us find another apartment close by for my in-laws to stay in and was super responsive to every question we had. It was such a treat to wake up and drink coffee and watch the sunrise on the porch in a place so beautiful and peaceful and close to the ocean. We chose to stay in Manati to be close to the rock climbing in Ciales, about 30 mins inland, and it was just right for that too. Thank you Paul, I hope we’ll be back!

Jackeline was a great host, very accommodating and responsive to any needs or question. And the unit was spacious, clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the balcony was a big plus. The location is phenomenal. My wife and I grew up here in Manatí and Vega Baja, specifically, at the beach. We really had a great stay and we were able to have some peace and quiet, which used to not be an easy thing when we lived in the area. The community is safe, peaceful, and with amenities (pool, basketball, volleyball courts and a kiddy park for toddlers. Gas station and convenience store, local restaurants very close. Our favorite local beaches are just a short straight drive to Playa Mar Chiquita, Playa Los Tubos, and Playa Mar Bella. We will be coming back in the near future but with our grandkids for a longer stay. We highly recommend this location. Thank you Jackeline

Very nice condo close to the beach. Great kitchen and air conditioning, cool lighting and decorations. We would definitely come back again.

Carlos & Alexandra are a great host. I would definitely stay here again until he future. I felt like I was home away from home. They were always responsive whenever I needed them. And very nice & respctful. I will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you guys
