Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Puerto Plata Province

My family and I had a great time. Everything was great, the chef, massages and excursions. Wordless without counting the friendliness of the host.

Exceptional. Dmitrys listing was as advertised, very enjoyable. My family and I had an awesome time. The house is 3 minutes walk to the beach, shared pool, and the beach club restaurant. Sea horse ranch is very beautiful and with multiple beach’s on site, and a park right next to the area, the beach was private And endless. Additionally, the town of sosua was very nice, It had all the essentials and was also a lot of fun. My family and I had the perfect vacation, thanks Dmitry, Rosa, Juliana, and Tatiana!

The flat is beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean. It is located in a very good area. It is quiet and easily accessible. Just in front of the apartment has a small pool! The beach is phenomenal! It's about ten to fifteen minutes walking and five minutes away by car.

We were a group of seven staying from April 14 to April 17 and we had an amazing stay. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We were able to enjoy a few days of sunny weather (beach/tour) and we were actually glad it rained one day because it allowed us more time in the house. We cooked, watched movies on their big screen tv and outdoor projector and enjoyed the pool. Everything was as described and the layout of the rooms worked well for our group of seven. Since the property is within the resort, it was an easy walk to the beach area. Mario was very attentive, especially when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the grill. We would definitely rent this house again.

Amazing place, close to the beach, shops and wonderful boardwalk (malecon). Apartment is modern, clean and very comfortable. Has everything you need for a short or long stay (we stayed 5 weeks). Christoper, the host, is wonderful. Always responsive and arranged a nice welcome gift. The apartment complex has security 24/7 which are always available to help and cleaning can be arranged on short notice. This is the place where you feel at home immidiatly and are equally happy to relax in the comfort of the apartment as well as perfectly situated to go explore Puerto Plata and surroundings!. Highly recommended, we will be back.

There is not a better stay on the north coast than Villa Royale or a better host! This is my second stay at this 5 star experience! Space was luxurious, clean and very private. It’s better than the photos. Alexander was very responsive, although I really didn’t need to ask for anything because everything was provided. He can even assist you with a chef, a driver, whatever you may need just ask. Don’t hesitate to book this luxury 5 star experience. I’m already planning the next stay. Can’t wait!
