Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Puerto Rico

I can’t say enough about our stay and how incredible Noemi was as a host! Her property exceeded our expectations and was stunning. We will for sure be back. I would recommend Neomi’s place to everyone. The house was very clean, the air conditioners worked perfectly, the pool and property was so peaceful and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Noemi provided excellent recommendations for places to eat, places to shop, and fun things to do and see on the island. If I could rate Noemi’s property a 6, I totally would 😎 book it! You won’t regret it!

What an amazing spot! We had 4 couples staying for a wedding at the nearby Hotel El Convento. The location truly could not have been better. We were walkable to everything we wanted to do in Viejo San Juan and near many shops and restaurants. The street itself is charming and quieter than many other streets in the area. This home worked perfectly for the 8 of us but may not be as comfortable for large groups without couples or with folks uncomfortable sharing smaller rooms. The rooms all had AC units, but the central living area did not (it was never uncomfortably hot). Note that only 1 of the bedrooms has a window with natural light. As another reviewer pointed out, both bathrooms can only be accessed via bedrooms, but there are privacy curtains so we did not find this to be an issue. The downstairs shower fixture broke during our stay and the hosts were very responsive in helping to get someone to come fix it!

This place was great! Clean and homey, well-stocked with anything you could need.

I had a great stay with my wife and two small children. The house was spacious with good amenities. Great location to restaurants and bio tours.

The stay was great, a lot bigger in person. It was almost like a shared property with another hot but definitely great spot.

We enjoyed a week at Kikita beach literally right outside our door! Not for swimming but great for relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves at night to help us sleep soundly. Everything was close by, not too far from San Jose for a couple of excursions, nice to be away from any crowds. We had no problem with the fast internet connection, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Very happy with everything - thanks Yoly and MIguel!

Habacuc was very responsive about the whole process, even when we were there. We had a couple of questions and he answered them in a very timely manner and filled the air in the balls as requested. We felt the description and pictures of the place and the resort were very accurate. I even thought the space was nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we never needed anything major for general cooking and cleaning.

Really nice stay close to beach community. We had privacy, all was clean and comfortably cool when we arrived. All is as pictured. The pool and garden trees and flowering shrubs are relaxing. If you look up Aguacate on google maps, you see that the area is close to beaches, an Econo supermarket, restaurants, stores, and to BQN airport. That means you’ll hear and see a few departing planes as part of your stay in that area. It did not bother us. We cooked and do prefer dinnerware, made out of ceramic and glass instead of plastic. Malissa, the owner was awaiting us with enthusiasm, instructions and info about the unit, beaches and places in the area and a lovely welcome gift. Communication always a pleasure and on the spot. We enjoyed the unit and have made plans to book it again.

Stay #3 and this time with a guest. A testament to a great Airbnb location and host. Always a pleasure to stay here and looking forward to future visits.

The place looks just like the pictures. The host was quick to respond. I would stay there again, 10 out of 10 rental.

We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

This place is amazing. Is in a great location. Closed to everything you need. Is located literally couple step from an amazing beach. The neighborhood is very safe with a 24 hour security. I never felt so secure renting an airbnb. The bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

My recent stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the property and how well-equipped it was for guests. The location is truly unbeatable. Just steps from a beautiful beach, you can easily spend your mornings walking along the shore or swimming in the ocean. The property itself is situated right in front of a well-maintained pool, providing convenient options for swimming regardless of your preference. The unit comes with everything you could possibly need - a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, comfortable furnishings, good linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. I never found myself lacking for anything during my stay. The amenities at this property are outstanding. The mini golf course provided hours of casual fun, while the basketball and tennis courts were perfect for more active recreation. I'm already planning my return visit!

Carmens home is just what my family needed. It's beautiful and the Ocean is at your back door. I did not want to leave. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball court. My husband and I love the cute home and had everything and more we needed. Private gated safe with security 24 hours and close to the everything you need. We cant wait to stay again at Carmen's place. The place was super clean and not one bug, clean dishes and clean blankets that smell like fresh laundry! Thank you, Carmen, for opening your home to us!
