Spectacular, beautiful, tremendous location

This is an excellent condo! The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home immediately. The owners provide so many items during your stay. The beach chairs and boogie boards were a definite bonus. The pool area is not busy and at times we were the only ones there. Highly recommend.

Melba’s place was extremely clean and accommodated the 4 of us very well. We loved the modern look. The villa provided everything from dishes to toiletries. The beach accessories were also a nice touch. Having the parking spot right in front of the villa was very useful. Melba also provided a clicker for the community entry gate which gave us easy access instead of waiting on line to speak to security to allow us in the community. Although we did not use the community pool, it is walkable as we did walk to the area. The villa is also close to a community beach and the Embassy Suite where there is a casino and restaurants. There are also many restaurants in the town as well. Melba was quick to respond to all my inquiries and very attentive to us by providing information on rip current. She was also very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Thank you again, Melba, for an excellent stay.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Israel Place in Puerto Rico, and I must say, the experience was absolutely amazing! From the warm atmosphere to the incredible hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, this spot offers a unique and memorable experience that touches both your heart and soul. I highly recommend Israel Place to anyone looking to explore something special while in Puerto Rico. Can't wait to visit again!

Place was nice and roomy. Lots of space! We had enough room for our one friends to show a few of the couples in our group how to swing dance. View in the front and back of the place were awesome, especially of the rainforest in the back! Things to know: Lots of mosquitoes, make use of the zappers provided! Air conditioner in the kitchen doesn’t do a great job of keeping that area and the dining area cool. Everywhere else, the a/c worked great! 1 bathroom has no hot water, and during our a stay, a second bathroom was also unable to get hot water. So, the only bathroom with hot water was in the master bedroom, which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t that much of a problem except for night showering. During the day, the sun must have kept the ground so warm that the water was still lukewarm and not too cold. You may get suddenly told about scheduled landscape and other maintenance techs that you will have to leave the gate unlocked for them to get in.

10/10 House was clean, many things to do With the family. House was a bit hard to find but the host made sure to give clear instructions and find solutions. The views are incredible!!!!! and I would definitely stay again. Thank you Nasenhamed and monte oasis for a great stay.

Great place! Everything was perfect, the pool is so pretty and there were so many towels to use for the beach and shower. I have no complains on the house it’s a great deal!

Beautiful house in/outside, peaceful, very clean and closed to the airport which I really love. A lot to do around it. Everything looks new. I will stay again.

Ashley’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, attractive, and stocked up with amenities—perfect for our group of friends to relax in after our days out exploring the area. The kitchen was great and allowed people to cook meals for 8 people. The views of the forest and ocean were just as amazing as they looked in the pictures on the listing. Ashley was very responsive and helped immediately with any minor issue that arose. I would highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful historic home close to the main square of Ponce. Great area to walk around and take in the architecture. The property is very nice and we enjoyed the hot tub in the back garden. Would definitely stay here again.

I could fill a book with how wonderful my stay was! Had the best amenities and far more! Felt like home and the hosts were just gems!!! This unit is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Everything is high end and we felt right at home. The media room is a vibe all itself and the unit has everthing you need including beach chairs. The views are spectacular. Great restaurants are right down stairs and the private pool is right next to the unit. John, was also very welcoming to our questions and accommodating. A+++host. Thank you John! Hope to stay here again!

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly friendly and warm; made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Communication was smooth, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They even gave me a tour of the island, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place with a personal and welcoming vibe.

We had a fabulous stay! The views are spectacular! There is nothing but ocean out every window. The waves and ocean are so peaceful and pretty!!! The ac is in the bedrooms only. They are icy cold and make for a great sleep on comfortable beds. The huge ceiling fan in the living room, louvered door, and wide open balcony lets the ocean breezes blow thru, making it very comfortable. The kitchen has the necessaries, and is spotless. The bathroom was spotless as well, and we were so thankful to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The balcony is super special. It was breezy and so beautiful! The hammock was a favorite, and there’s beach chairs and a cooler to take down. Osvaldo is a responsive host. His directions and instructions are very clear, and his photos are so helpful. It’s an old building, for sure. But his unit is amazing. Any guest will love it!
