Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Puerto Rico

Booked this at last minute when spots closer to San Juan beaches became unavailable. If you don’t drive host has family with a car service and also Uber is available. Plan ahead to minimize trips! Very residential area and there was no info as to local eateries. recommended to host to have info for next person she was very agreeable and responsive. Safe to walk around, everyone just says hello as you walk past, many English speakers as well. And we found a supermarket and some very good breakfast and lunch places a very short walk. Super responsive hostess always got back within minutes unless busy. Pots and pans available but you will need to figure out how to use the touch based stove top, didn’t take me long to figure it out. Fridge keeps everything very cold. Beds super comfortable and every room has independent a/c. If you want a quiet nabe to sleep well this is it. Would book again with this host.

What an incredible value! The apartment is set right in front of Pine Grove beach, one of the best beaches in all of Puerto Rico and immediately adjacent to the Courtyard Marriott. The unit was clean and as advertised with a stunning ocean view from the living room and bedroom. It's also walkable to many great spots including Metropol and The El San Juan hotel and Casino. We look forward to staying here again.

This was one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed at. Cisco and Lori went above and beyond in thinking of everything. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were very nice. The place was very roomy and they provided lots of extra touches that were very nice to have. It was in a very convenient location for our desired activities, yet still remote enough that it was quiet. Even the evening security guy at the gate was super helpful. We will definitely be recommending this place and hope to be able to come again.

We enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico. It was magnificent.

posts were great. we didn't require much communication with them but they were happy to accommodate an early check-in. We almost walked into the neighboring structure, but the neighbors were friendly and helped us find the right door. Pllace was very clean and had all kitchen necessities. We loved hanging out in the balcony at night time. Wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper planning to sleep in, but that wasn't a problem for us.

This is a nice place at an affordable price. The unit isnt the nicest, but does the job. Didnt use the cinema bc we are here for outside activites. Two houses off the water and a nice big beach. Great view from the rooftop terrace, and decent from balconies. A bit of a gritty neighborhood and some noise. Nice covered off street parking. Ac's are hard to figure out, but work fine once you do. This is our 2nd stay and will be back if the price stays low. Allowed early checkin and late checkout for a fee. Very happy with our stay.

This stay was genuinely one of the best that I’ve experienced. The amenities were just as listed and the environment around was stunning. I would highly recommend this location for anyone staying in the area.

Great views from the pool area very comfortable home

It was a great clean place close to the airport. Authentic Puerto Rican experience with the local roosters walking around the neighborhood waiting to give you a friendly greeting. Host was very responsive. Very clean, spacious and looked recently updated. Looks like other houses in the neighborhood are being modernized as well.

Had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and loved staying at Ashley's beautiful home! We brought Rugby Alumni from all over the states to play against our Puerto Rican Rugby family for our 2d competition. It was a great game & get together-we so appreciate the hospitality the Puerto Rican team extends to us! (Thank you Jorge!) We brought our families and added a few more days to enjoy a family vacation. Staying at Ashley's was so accommodating. It was beautiful to wake up watching the sunrise over the water while sipping coffee on the patio. We all had private sleeping quarters which made it comfortable for 9 of us to move around freely- we all felt at home. I loved making meals in the fully equipped kitchen while the family was close watching movies in the attached family room or enjoying refreshment on the patio. We explored the Rainforest and close beaches--thx for the tips! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, loved this home & Ashley-she strives to make your stay memorable ❤️

Carlos’s place was a beautifully managed home that mixed tradition with modernity. The first living room and dining room was meticulously maintained and authentically decorated. The amenities were plentiful and Carlos even lent us some beach items. The backyard was private and relaxing. Not only did we feel safe at the location, but it was also a short walk from the plaza and many restaurants. Highly recommend and would book again if I come back to Ponce

Emanuel was kind and attentive during our stay. We appreciate all the efforts that were made to accommodate us so we could be comfortable and enjoy our stay to the fullest. Location was perfect and the house was an absolute gem. We felt right at home. I wish more hosts would be like this! Cannot recommend it enough!

I loved staying here, the space was amazingly big for a large family. For 5 females living under one roof it was great for everyone to have their one space. The house came very prepared with everyday things you would need. Their communication was amazing from day one of me searching for a place to stay in Isabela til the morning we left. I would be definitely booking with Carter and Sarah again on my next visit! Thank you guys so much!

Very convenient location within walking distance of several restaurants, stores, and the beach. Very short uber ride from old San Juan. The house itself was beautiful and clean!!

Had a terrific stay at John's place. The views are amazing, the furnishings comforable, and the kitchen well equipped. We were somewhat concerned that noise from the plaza below may be an issue but it wasn't at all; only heard the sounds of the ocean. But proximity to the plaza was a real plus, with several restaurants and a market at your fingertips. Highly recommended.

Edwin was an amazing host and always responsive to all and any questions. He gave all the right recommendations for a memorable bday weekend. It was our first time in PR and believe me, we will be back and if we’re lucky, we’ll get to book w Edwin again. Loved the Studio vibes so much we want our own out here. Thank you for everything!!!

WOW WOW! What can I say about the place? I wasn't sure about visiting Puerto Rico with all the YouTube videos, as many people unfortunately criticize the island! The reason I booked this place was because of its central location, meaning close to San Juan and the central mountains! The condo is EXTREMELY secure, no complaints there. The arrival was easy; they handed me the keys along with the BEEPER for the security gate, which also works for entering the property. The pool is just a 2-minute walk away, the Hilton hotel beach is 7 minutes, and within 15 minutes on foot, you have Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, as well as a grocery store, other restaurants, and a pharmacy. The residence was clean upon my arrival, and I was surprised by the number of items included. When I say there's nothing missing, I mean absolutely nothing! I was a bit concerned about the yard since the neighbors are quite close, but I didn't see a single one—except for two ducks that came every day to greet us! WITHOUT FEEDI

We had a fantastic three week stay at Adrian‘s place. The location of this apartment is 10 out of 10, literally walkable to all of Condado,Santurce, and Miramar, as well as 3 mile walk to old San Juan if you’re feeling up to it. The apartment itself is spacious and homey. Adrian really made our stay fantastic however with his extremely proactive communication and kindness. We will definitely be staying with Adrian next time we are in Puerto Rico. Thank you Adrian for a great stay!

This was a great clean location that was near everything. Rina was very responsive and informative with things we can find in the area. I would definitely stay here again!
