Our Beach House has been designed for a large FAMILY: up to 14 occupants! and so it is equipped. It is ideal for two FAMILIES as the bedrooms are grouped two downstairs with a full bathroom, integrating a suite with door and two others with full bathroom upstairs. The living room kitchen is integrated in a spacious environment with two expansion terraces that allow you to choose either sun or shade as well as breeze or wind protection, where the rolling grill will be located.

Hello! The house is located in a neighborhood 15 km south of Las Grutas, an area where tranquility and connection with nature reigns. The house consists of three bedrooms, two with ocean views, one of which is a suite, and the other overlooks the plateau. The kitchen, living room and dining room are integrated, providing the house with a large space that extends through the deck to the beach. The house is powered by energy from the sun.
