Outdoor area with barbecue and cosy fireplace. Wood-fired hot tub where you can bathe with a view of the lake. A rowing boat and a canoe, including life jackets, are included. Kayaks are available for rent for an additional fee. Electric car chargers are available for a fee.

There is a cycle path nearby. The house is located by Alholmen's campsite with a kiosk and a simple bistro.

Sölvesborg is a 20-minute drive away, a beautiful picturesque town.

Since the house is located by the sea there is a private jetty to swim from. There is also a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. Sölvesborg takes 10 minutes by car and Sölvesborg's GK, this year's golf club, also takes 10 minutes.
