Holiday rentals in Punta Colorada

After a little bit of difficulty finding the place, we were pleasantly surprised with our accommodations. It was clean, well maintained, and in a great location. There were several restaurants in walking distance that were delicious. We walked to the estuary a couple of times and went birdwatching, and we took a long walk on the beach. It was perfect. The condo complex is very nice and well maintained and everyone we visited with was super nice. We will probably stay here again.

Jim was very friendly and had some great recommendations for the area! The place looks like the photos, if not better! So many flowers and trees make the property vibrant with so many hummingbirds, orioles and other birds coming around daily, which was a huge highlight. The property is close to town and just a couple minutes from the beach, but far enough away to still be quiet and relaxing.

This place was cozy and charming. The condo vibe is very friendly and laid back. Perfect for coming back to after a full day of venturing out to the busier areas. So many things within walking distant and nearby. Can’t wait to come back.

Casa Algodones was a perfect spot for my group’s short vacation to La Ventana for our coworker’s wedding! The place was a great fit for our group of 5 and had everything we needed! We unfortunately were hit with some stronger winds during our stay so we weren’t able to take the kayaks out but if we could have we would! The house is within walking distance to some amazing local spots and we spent many hours hanging out on the porch watching the kite-surfers and wind boarders! Alejandro was so communicative and even allowed us to check in early when we arrived a bit sooner than initially planned! We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we come visit!

Love staying on the beach in La Fortuna. The casita is perfect for two people. The kitchen is simple but has the basics you need. Bed is comfortable and everything is clean. Cannot beat the location, just steps to the beach and listening to the surf all night. Mauricio is a great host.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed Catherine's beachfront home. Our only regret is that we stayed just 3 nights. The outdoor patio was huge with a view of the pool and the ocean and comfortable chairs. Great for whale watching and Happy Hour! The indoor space was comfortable and super cozy complete with DISH TV which we appreciated in the evenings to watch the NCAA basketball finals and NHL games. Katherine was the perfect host. We highly recommend her place for those of you looking to chill on the beach in paradise!

We had 3 families (12 people total) stay over Spring break. We had such an amazing time! Home is beautiful and included wonderful extras like paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear. Our group really enjoyed going out in the water on those. Fernando, the house caretaker, organized chef Lucy to come to the house the first night, which was fantastic, so we didn’t have to worry about getting all the groceries right away. They even included some bottled water in the fridge and ingredients to made margaritas to help get our vacation started! The area is remote, which is just what we wanted. We only saw a handful of other people on the beach. The house is on the beach, but FYI there’s a steep sidewalk downhill and a little wall that you need to jump over to get to the bottom. There are stairs behind the neighbor’s house that can get you to the bottom to avoid the wall. We rented ATVs 1 day and saw 2 waterfalls, which I highly suggest. We also went into nearby towns for meals. Terrific!

Casa Enchanted is incredible. We truly enjoyed our experience on the property. We will return as soon as we are able. Thank you for all of the energy and goodness you've poured into this special little spot.
