The Piggery At The Cottage - Nr Lulworth Cove!

The Piggery at the Cottage is an amazing self contained studio with its own secluded garden set within the grounds of a traditional Dorset thatched cottage, dating from 1753. With its vaulted ceiling and oak trusses, its the perfect cosy hideaway for two in the heart of the Jurassic coast. Close to beaches and a few mins walk from the local pub serving food & train station, popular sites such as Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World and Wareham quay are a 5 min drive.

All on the first floor with separate entrance - we live downstairs. Adaptable - contact to discuss more than three guests. Consists of two double bedrooms (one regular double and one small double bed), shower room and separate living area. Living/dining space has small kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, kettle, single hob and toaster plus dining table for four. Also has small lounge area with a Smart TV.. The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Welcome to The Annex @14, a newly renovated ground floor property and great base for exploring historic Dorset and a perfect getaway for two! Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

Enjoy a stay in our recently refurbished one bedroom basement apartment with well equipped kitchen, bathroom, private entrance, parking and garden access. Hidden away in a quiet residential area but only 5 mins walk from the centre of Wareham which has many cafes, pubs, restaurants and independent cinema and shops. Visit the popular quay area with boat hire and a weekend market. A 30 minute bus or car ride will take you to stunning beaches, historic villages and endless walking opportunities.

The annexe is part of our main house although completely self contained and therefore you may occasionally be aware of the normal sounds of family life
