Continental breakfast is included in the price. No smoking in the room. We are near 2 train stations with direct routes to Central London in 20 minutes. We are also on the Avenue Verte cycle way which runs from Paris to London. You’ll love my place because of the friendly welcome & spacious room. My place is good for couples & business travellers.
What guests are saying:“Hosts really went extra mile to look after me, there's a great garden view that's not over looked, a nice touch with breakfast of fresh honey from the bees in the garden... a spacious and pleasant room with everything you need, Coulsdon town is a shortish walk where you can easily reach London etc. There were always plenty of cups of tea on hand to get you going or when you've just got in from a busy day and Kathy is a consistently very caring, kind and good humoured person if you want to do want to have a chat about what your doing otherwise they'll let you get on with a peaceful stay. If anything is missing they're do they're best to help out which is above what I would have expected.”
