We really loved our stay at valampuri. The staff were very helpful for all of our needs, Akash and Javid really looked after us and always made sure everything was ok. The food was tasty and the rooms clean. There is a boat service to the kite spot and you can also access by scooter or tuktuk. The hotel is just up wind of the kite spot, so quickly accessible. Definitely recommend this place for a good friendly time in kaliptya.

beautiful resort , a friendly and a warm host Mr Venu .. being a solo traveller vacationing , Mr Venu and his team ensured I was taken care of well even in terms of my safety .. the service is impeccable and the view from the lagoon is amazing.. I will recommend this place to everyone travelling to kalpitiya.. the location n accessibility is also very good 😊..

Sam and Nilu are great hosts and they were attentive to us and provided us with everything we've asked. He was always around for us to ask any questions about any tips. They have gone beyond and done everything to give us a good experience for our little holiday. I can't highly recommend them enough.

Sam and Nilu offer very friendly and well-maintained original homes. They are very interesting hosts full of conversations and good advice, with lots of small touches (orange juice and tea on arrival or when we returned from getaways, small snacks during the aperitif for example). Nilu is an outstanding cook, you absolutely have to taste her fish and breakfast. Sam is a confirmed submarine diver who also offers diving with him. We had a great time with them our best place in Sri Lanka without a doubt. The location of the cabins is perfect close to the fishermen and will promise you good walks by the beaches.

Sam and his lovely wife went far beyond with their hospitality,forever asking if anything was needed.Had a cracking traditional Sri Lankan breakfast,which was yummy.

Sam is a great Host! Always helping me with anything I needed. I felt always safe there, cute little huts. Little breakfast always on time! Relation price - quality is fair. I’ll comeback here
