Het chalet heeft een ruime, besloten tuin met veel privacy, een terras en verschillende zitjes. Het chalet ligt in het buitengebied tussen Putten en Voorthuizen, twee gezellige dorpen waar u heerlijk een terrasje kunt pakken of uw boodschappen kunt doen. Dit Scandinavische huisje deel ik graag met anderen om te laten genieten van dit unieke plekje .Het is een kleinschalig park (14 huisjes)waar rust en natuur de boventoon heeft. Het park is beveiligd met een automatische poort. Je loopt de straat uit zo het bos in.Als je een hond hebt, kun je heerlijk wandelen vanuit t park.Het chalet is van alle gemakken voorzien met o.a rolluiken ,eigen parkeerplek, palletkachel,vaatwasser,inloopdouche,hor gordijn in slaapkamer, bad op pootjes, aircooler.
