Sweet Solitude

Visit this tiny rural cabin. Now is prime birdwatching season! Bring binoculars. Excellent neighbors, but none in sight. 🙂 Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Feel the call of nature as you bring your boats bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, and paddleboards to enjoy all the lake has to offer.

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. We are located out in the country and it is very quiet and safe area. We offer self check-in with a pin pad lock on the door. We are close by but leave you to enjoy country living.
