Independent and comfortable guest house with 3 bedrooms (possibility of an additional bedroom on request). You will appreciate the calm atmosphere of the place, and especially nice views on the Pyrénées. The setting is perfect for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists. Many rivers nearby will seduce kayakers and fishermen. Many activities and visits to do all around. Near Pau and Lourdes (25km), Spain (1h). Located in nature but only at a few minutes drive from shops, bakeries, supermarkets.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Ell lloc és molt tranquil i el loft acaba de res reformat mantenint l'essència rústica y práctica al mateix temps. Disposa de planta baixa amb sortida directe al pati amb cuina, bany i sala d'estar i primer pis obert amb llit de matrimoni. El pati és ideal per poder pendre un esmorzar o un sopar a la fresca. La piscina és compartida amb amb nosaltres.

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in an unspoiled and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This Lauragaise mansion, steeped in history and recently renovated, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor spaces.

With two floors, with kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor, and bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor. Garden, pool and barbecue are shared with the main estate (property owners) The space is suitable for two adults. Not suitable for children or babies.
