A spacious one bedroom apartment in a perfect location in the center of the city with easy access to everywhere - the central bus station 2 minutes away, Herzl Street, the Independence Square, the city market, the Sharon mall and the beaches of Netanya - are all within walking distance, and also all the main streets (Smilansky, Shmuel Hanatziv, Herzl, Binyamin Boulevard). The apartment is bright, spacious and very cozy and is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The street is bustling during the daytime, but the apartment windows are not in the front and there is no noise. In the evening the street is very quiet. Mosel parking lot from 14.00 is opposite. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary :) **There is no shelter (or security room) in the building**

The trailer was built and designed by us with love and has everything you need for a comfortable vacation, hot water, electricity, a double bed, a bunk bed for children, a dining area that opens to a single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a smart TV, WiFi. Suitable for families with children, couples and those looking for a short escape from the routine to a quiet place. In winter, the caravan area is covered and you can also sit outside. The pool is active and clean all year round but is not heated. In autumn and winter there may be leaves in the pool. Also suitable for Shabbat observant.
