villa chaleureuse apaisante reposante comfortable très très très propre pour passer un sejours agreable voix du adhan et chant agreable des oiseaux villa très très bien équiper très bien pour se reposer loin des bruits de la ville . une villa ou l' ont se sent chez soi meilleurs en vrai que sur les photos . le seul bemol se sont les chien errant qui aboient parfois la nuit mais cela n'empeche en rien le repos.

Seif is an exceptional host, so helpful and very responsive. He was one of the main reasons for a relaxing happy stay ! The place looks exactly like the photos, very clean and organized, very spacious and kids friendly. Both pools were clean, and the kids pool is very very nice. The place is a couple of mins away from carrefour, and the delivery option exists for multiple restaurants. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience that we would certainly repeat.

l'appartement était très beau, avec une vue a couper le souffle. Il etait propre, bien décoré, confortable, assez calme , nous avons très bien dormi. Communication facile, depart flexible.

The guy is amazing and his place has a beautiful seaview

We loved our stay. The community is very family friendly and the chalet is in a perfect location. We walked to the pool, beach and playground very easily. The chalet has been very well maintained especially considering sea air and sand can be tough on houses. You tell Rami and his family have made efforts to keep the property comfortable and up to date. We will definitely be back next summer.

Omnia und ihr Apartment haben uns voll und ganz überzeugt. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei kleinen Anmerkungen wurde sofort gehandelt und der Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich und proaktiv. Die Hygiene gleicht dem europäischen Standard. Auch die Wohnung ist mit den nötigsten, nett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Smart TV mit dem Netflix war für uns ein Plus für einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend. In der Gegend gibt es überall tolle Geschäfte, Restaurants und etwas zu unternehmen und man kann wunderschön aufs Meer blicken. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und empfehlen das Apartment weiter.

Great experience staying here — right in the center of the city easy walk to the Library or the Qaitbay Citadel but also easy to jump in public transit or taxis. Had everything I needed. Actually had some laundry detergent available which seems to be rare for some reason in my travels. Easy to communicate with hosts. Would come again.

Wenn wir 10 Sterne geben könnten würden wir dies tun. Eine richtig tolle Airbnb Erfahrung. Achmed ist äußerst professionell, jederzeit gut erreichbar, proaktiv und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar früher in die Unterkunft und auch länger bleiben. Es sind nur 2 Minuten Fußweg zum wunderschönen Strand. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt und ist zudem sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Dekoration, die der Wohnung einen persönlichen Charakter verleiht. Das Internet ist hervorragend, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bett ist total bequem. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung jederzeit weiter auch für Langzeitaufenthalte. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette villa, tout était tout simplement parfait, encore mieux que sur les photos ! La maison est magnifique, propre, très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Merci infiniment à Alaa et Ahmed pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme.
