A simple monthly rental contract needs to be completed on the day of check-in. 4. When checking out, lock the room and return the key to the host by dropping it in the designated place. This completes the check-out process, and you cannot return to the room. "We provide water purification equipment for the entire house. Please use it with confidence." No smoking, betel nut, excessive drinking, drug use or mining in the entire room (if you violate this by bringing in e-sports and related equipment, you agree to the landlord's claim for the excess electricity bill for the current period) 4. Pets are not allowed 5. Fines for violations of the Noise Prevention Act shall be paid by the tenant. 6. There is no fall protection in the room, and children under 8 years old are not welcome 7.
