A short walk to the Rodneys Nursery Cafe, Beltana Farm, Tulips Cafe or Vibe Hotel all offering delicious local produce and five star cuisine. A taste of the country in the city. Beautifully furnished throughout including gas fireplace, Smart TV, wifi and fully appointed kitchen including Miele oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and full sized fridge. Public transport available from top of the road. Street parking available.

It is a well-designed property to take advantage of the seasons. It will be warm in winter if the curtains are kept open during the day and cools down lovely in summer if you open it up at dusk to let the fresh breeze in that arrives in Canberra then. We provide linen, towels, and soaps.

Central location easy walk to Griffith, Manuka and Kingston. Good transport to ANU, Russell and the Parlimentary Triangle. The studio is set to the rear of the property in lush cottage garden with an abundance of fruit, flowers and vegetables.
