Our home is nestled high on a hilltop in the established and desirable neighborhood of Vistas Atenas overlooking the quaint town of Atenas. We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. It is a paradise with spectacular views of the ocean and high virgin mountains, peace and serenity The place is accessed by a private street about 800 meters away from the nearest neighbor and we were lucky that some beautiful red macaws chose a tree on our property to make their home where you will have the experience of seeing how they feed their young
