Great spot for PR first timers. Super safe location and exactly as described. Equipped with everything you might need. Lots of great local attractions to make anyone happy. Ice cold air conditioning in every room, great after hot days! The star of the show was the rooftop deck. It’s the entire footprint of the condo. Great seating and views. Carol is a great communicator, would happily return.

Lugar muy acogedor para vacacionar con tu familia. Fácil de llegar, con control de acceso estacionamiento para dos vehículos. Fácil de acceder las habitaciones grandísimas todas con todas las comodidades una de ellas con baño incluido. Sala enorme, wifi, televisor y una hermosa terraza con vista a la naturaleza. Cocina contaba con todo, también el lugar incluye lavadora y secadora para tu ropa. No tengo nada negativo que decir todo estuvo perfecto las anfitrionas estuvieron pendientes en todo momento nos respondieron súper rápido muy amables y atentas. Sin duda volveremos en otra ocasión. Tuvimos una hermosa experiencia. Súper recomendable!

Spacious 3-Bedroom apartment with ocean view

We absolutely loved this space!! Easy to find and we felt safe and secure. When you first pull up, you can tell they are remodeling and painting the exterior of the buildings. When you walk into the space, it is nice and clean, organized and spacious. There is an AC unit in every room as well as in the main living area. Kesil thought of everything a guest would need away from home, including a first aid kit. The ferry terminal to visit the other islands is only 10 minutes away, which was great being that while visiting Vieques the entire island of Puerto Rico lost power. The drive from the ferry dock to the apartment was a smooth pleasant drive. During this time Kesil kept us informed of the outage. In the apartment, she provided solar power lanterns, which was great to have while in the apartment. We slept with bedroom windows open and power was back the next day. Thanks for such a great experience. When I visit Puerto Rico again I will definitely book with Kesil.

Buenas tardes a .mis padres les encanto el lugar , las facilidades muy bonita tienes para hacer de todo jugar , darte un chapuzon en la piscina ,hacer barbacoa, ver películas, y descansar de verdad q lo recomiendo lugar céntrico y todo básicamente queda cerca de la autopista si tuvieras q salir . Gracias .

Minutes to ferry & beach, Full home with Pool

John & Bree’s place was very comfortable. Very clean. The tub in the house in the bathroom is older and a bit worn, but the furniture and beds are great. There are two outlets that need to be replaced with GFIs (one by the kitchen sink and the other next to the shower in the bathroom off the backyard). I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time and appreciate the recommendations from John & Bree.

This place was outstanding one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. It was clean well kept and had everything you would need I wish we stayed more days but we got to experience everything in the one day we stayed and the private rooftop with the grill, bar, and games was top tier. The host was amazing my family and I are definitely coming back and staying the entire trip

My stay was absolutely incredible! The home exceeded all expectations — it was even better than described. It truly felt like a home away from home: clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Sumy was very responsive & proactive in ensuring our stay would be not stressful and very pleasant. the instructions provided were very easy we had no problems checking in. The pictures shown does not do the place justice. very clean with a good amount of amenities provided. we felt right at home for our family of 4. Peaceful location, we had no issues with noisy neighbors or issues in general. Security personnel were present and friendly. Location is very close to the Ferry if you want to go take it to Vieques or Culebras. Not far from Fajardo and Luquillo. We were able to get to Seven Seas Beach, Luquillo Beach, Playa Azul, & El Yunque forest. Our trip to PR was very enjoyable, staying at Sumy's place made it even better.

Most warming Welcome at an Air bnb ever. unfortunately we just had the chance to stay one night and planned to go out at night but after Check in we felt like home and just enjoyed the "Home" feeling. Flat is much bigger than it seems on the pictures. I wish more Hosts on Air bnb would make their Job with that much Love and passion. thank you!

El apt es hermoso! Fue nuestra primera vez despidiendo el año allí y la pasamos excelente. El lugar es muy acogedor, es cómodo, está en excelentes condiciones, se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad. El anfitrión muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para nosotros. Sin duda alguna volveremos!

100% recommended! The property is beautiful as shown in the pictures. Super neat cleaned. Even though the Island had a power outage, Axel made sure he had a generator ready for us and made sure the property was kept powered up. He went above and beyond. The place is quiet and perfect for a family vacation. The pool was very clean, and the water temperature was pleasant. The outdoor kitchen was extremely convenient with all the amenities needed for family enjoyment. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We booked it expecting to take the ferry & even though our plans changed it was still perfect. We were able to visit several beaches & El Yunque with minimal driving, El Y was the farthest but still right under an hour. Sometimes it’s hard to trust that all the helpful extras are there like shampoos, beach/pool supplies etc but they had everything we needed. The kitchen utensils were well stocked too. My girls LOVED the pool, they were out there swimming by 8 am each day we were there and had a blast. Oh and there is an empeñada stand down the street which was awesome! We loved cracking open a coconut & eating mangos from the trees out back and even saw iguanas (big ones). You might not love the roosters if you stay here but we didn’t mind bc we are early morning risers & it really wasn’t that bad. AC worked great. I wish we could have brought my parents or my mother in law for the mother in law suite-that is a huge perk for some families. Highly Rec!

We enjoyed staying at Sandra’s place. It was clean and in a safe community. It was near everything we wanted. There are no stairs to get to the apartment and parking is very close.
