It is 500m from Tequis' oldest church in the Magdalena neighborhood. This location allows us to walk all over Tequis, without having the noise of the streets or holidays at night. The inn is next to a beautiful garden with shared pool.

The decoration of the room is rustic, built of quarry of the region with roof and wooden floor. It has two beds, night table with rustic lamp made by us, a desk and a chair to work if desired; night table, lounge chair, TV, a large closet and a full bathroom. The window faces a balcony towards the street. It has a fan to cool the room in hot summers. The door has a lock for privacy and security.
