The host was very accomodating and the place was spotless and clean! Had a very fun and comfortable stay with friends, as we all enjoyed the entertaining activities included with the booking! Mostly had fun with the Ps4 hahaha but everything was worth the price🫶🏻

We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

The place is really close to MOA. So it’s a great place to stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

The unit's lay out was maximized and well-planned. I like the modern minimalist style of the interior. Location-wise, unit is accessible. near the airport, restaurants and malls. The hosts are courteous and proactive. Will definitely recommend their place. :)

We had an amazing staycation experience at Casa Arbo! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, perfect spot to relax and unwind. The ambience was absolutely perfect, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the magical sunset from their balcony — truly breathtaking! Highly recommend Casa Arbo for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning views and top-notch service! Big thanks to our host Mardee for being so hands-on and helpful the whole time. Place is very accessible , we’re working remotely and the internet was flawless, no issues at all.. Family friendly place , the pool is clean, great view and ambience, and the unit is clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Friendly staffs , definitely our go to place if we’re in the Metro , Salamat ❤️

You can walk to MOA from the condo. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Very small, but clean and quite. The bottom level has lots of shops and restaurants. The pictures show a bed and couch, which is true. It would be very cramped for 4 people. Very nicely finished with wood paneling I felt like I was in a fancy high end room. It's clean and in a good location, if you want a place to sleep after explore manila. highly recommend 👌.

Very nice resort like condo. Very safe and secure. Pools are amazing. Condo property is well maintained and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. As a US citizen I felt very safe in and around the property. I walked by myself on several occasions. Mall across the street and a few restaurants near by.

Anne is great host The place is very convenience Supermarket , convenience store , laundry , and so on . It would be convenient for long-term residents.
