Very nice place, the quiet and cute area, micros stop in the corner of the minimarket apartment one block away, the home is very high on the hill. So impossible to walk up the vineyard center, if or if micro, collective or Uber

I had a wonderful stay! Mauricio was an excellent host — very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The property was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Our stay was spectacular! The apartment is the same as the one published in the photographs; this one has digital switches and sensors that turn off the light when you don't feel movement. The apartment is in the middle of the hill, to take into consideration if it comes on foot; but there is locomotion no more than 5 minutes walking; there are commercial places near the apartment. The fist must be placed on the touch panel of the entrance to be able to enter the access code. Communication with Juan was very smooth and very friendly; he responded to all our inquiries; we will definitely be back!

Great location, beautiful ocean view, very clean and well equipped. My good host responds quickly and always attentive. The only bad thing was finding the temperate pool and jacuzzi in maintenance.

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

About it met my expectations. In reality the photos fail to describe the whole charm of the house. My whole family group spent some unforgettable days that will remain as a good memory and anecdotas to be remembered during a good time. As a point of improvement. The living room due to its spaciousness, with the pair of furniture looks a little empty, functional if but can better fill the space.

Our stay at Javier’s place was just what we needed after 4 long days of hiking in southern Chile. It is the perfect place to relax and truly vacation. Javier was an amazing host with flexible check-in hours and a folder sitting on the table with amenity instructions and local recommendations. Javier as host is a super attentive and friendly 100/10, when arriving in Valparaíso I had an inconvenience with check-in and I help me without any problem, I was able to enjoy his Airbnb together with my partner which is beautiful, located in a very quiet place in Valparaíso and very beautiful, it has a terrace that has a very nice view as well as its bedroom that overlooks the sea, the house has everything you need to arrive, enjoy and rest. It is no more than thank you for the good disposition of Javier who together with his wife made my stay wonderful, I felt like at home and rest more than I expected, a wonderful place to rest.

We had a great 5 nights here. Very comfortable place with a wonderful balcony letting in light and fresh air. Great host really helped us out when asked. Two places nearby for meals — Independcia Cafe and Paula’s on O’Higgins Plaza. Downtown Valpo is an easy 40 minute walk. Highly Recommended. And a pool!

Carlos is a good host he met us when we checked in and showed us around the apartment & the facilities. He also gave us some local recommendations. The sand dunes are only 15 minutes walk and the local cafe, bakery etc is only a 2 minute walk..which was convenient. its a safe area to walk around. The apartment is lovely with a balcony in which you can sit and enjoy the views. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here when visiting again!
