Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

Our lovely 2 bedroom, air conditioned home comes with everything you will need for your stay in Perth. Situated in spacious grounds overlooking fields, Birdsong is a perfect blend of tranquility & convenience, only 5 minutes from Wanneroo town centre. Owners, Jane, Stuart, Mia and Chewie (dog) live on-site in the main house. Birdsong is an attached but separate and private dwelling with its own entrance.
