We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

It features a semi-covered 30m² terrace, decorated in a bohemian and chic style, with an outdoor shower and stunning sea views. The studio includes a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, portable cooktop, and toaster (there is no washing machine). Access is via an elevator to the second floor, followed by stairs.

Enjoy the sun, the beach, the private pool, and the vibrant atmosphere of Sitges, which is always festive.

The apartment is located on Paseo de la Ribera, it is in the center of Sitges, a few meters from the church and in front of the seashore. Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

For large groups there is the possibility of renting other apartments in the same building. Key pick-up at the Alenti Hotel (350 meters away), after 3 pm. The hotel is open 24 hours a day.
