Sunny Apartment With a Wraparound Terrace in Sitges

Create meals in a sleek open-plan kitchen and dine al fresco on a balcony overlooking a leafy neighborhood. The chic, minimalist interior displays nautical accent pieces as reminders that the sea is very near, so grab a towel and head to the beach. Want to stay nearby. Enjoy the community pool (only open in summer) the tennis and paddle courts or let the kids play at the playgrounds nearby. The total living area is approx. 70 m2 and terrace is about 20 m2. Completely renovated this year. Modern, natural and Mediterranean feel. The building has a garden and a roof top building terras with views on the hills. It s very quiet but yet close to Barcelona and also other great locations such as Tarragona and Penedes. Community pool open till September 15 th. Guests have acces to sports club with large garden, swimming pool (from june 15 to september 15) and restaurant at friendly price. Tennis and paddle courts are for rent. We will not be there, the apartment is all yours! Basic supplies are available;, cleaning supplies, salt, pepper, toilet paper etc, and we ask you kindly to restock when needed! The community pool and recreation area is available for our guests (at small costs). You can play tennis, paddle, jeu the boule, basketball and swim. Also for the little ones there is a playground. Vallpineda (5 min from Sitges center) is a friendly neighborhood with 24/7 security surveillance and just a 20 min walk to the beach. Back takes 35 min as you will need to go uphill. Public bus to center of Sitges and other neighboring villages. From Sitges you can take the train or Bus to Barcelona (30-40 min away) and other towns. The Mon Bus to the airport only takes 30 min. Apartment is on second level and does not have an elevator. Easy stairs. Very friendly and calm neighborhood. Enjoy vibrant Sitges and relax in this peaceful appartment.

A sunny penthouse with a sea view! Our apartment Montroig 3 Ático is located in the very center of Sitges, in one of the main pedestrian streets and only a few steps away from the beach. It is on the 3rd floor of a recently refurbished building with an elevator. Montroig 3 Ático offers A/C and complimentary Wi-Fi. It can host 4-6 guests. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a very large living room where a sofa bed can extend hospitality for up to 6 guests. The penthouse terrace is very spacious and always sunny: a real solarium with a great sea view!

Vila Sitges is a spectacular villa with 10 rooms. It has a main house with 9 rooms for 18 people. Also, for a supplement of 140 € per day a small independent apartment for 4 people . The maximum capacity is 22 people. It is located in one of the most quiet neighborhoods of Sitges: Quint Mar. The beaches of Sitges and the town center are a 5 minute drive or a 25-minute walk away. Enjoy the sun, the beach, the private pool, and the vibrant atmosphere of Sitges, which is always festive.

Located directly on the beautiful beachfront of the wonderful, old quarter of Sitges, with full, spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, this stylish and comfortable studio apartment is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2 Euros per person per night.
