Wonderful location! Quiet and elegant apartment with all the amenities for 3 people, (comfortable futon for the third person). It has parking (included in the reservation), swimming pool (free), play areas, gym (free), comfortable facilities, wifi and hot water. It does not have heating, INCLUDES sheets, down and extra bedding for the Futon, two large towels and a hand towel. Very safe building with 24-hour surveillance. Located 3 blocks from the beach.
