Aparthotel holiday rentals in Quintana Roo

This was our first time travelling with two little kids (4 and 1). This location was great as it had a pool, elevator for our stroller, and was a core floor so no stairs. We easily could go to the pool with our stroller and walk to the beach. We also walked to the grocery store and made food in the condo. We loved our stay!

We had a great stay at Tamy's place and could not recommend it enough. It was very comfortable for 5 adults for a four-night stay. Tamy provided drinking water and coffee which was super helpful. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop terrace. The pool area has lots of seating, but be sure to head down early if you want to sit in the shade or at the beach. The poolside restaurant has a huge variety of food and drinks, and the convenience store next to the security guard station is well equipped. OXXO is right across the street if you need anything additional. Everyone entering the property has to be checked in by a security guard, so we felt extremely safe. We did have some issues with the elevator working one day, so be sure to carry the emergency key with you just in case. If you are looking for a great local restaurant, head across the street to Navios. Everything on the menu was so delicious, we went back twice. Thank you, Tamy, we had a great stay!

Highly recommended 10/10. Excellent service, local managers always available, with good recommendations, directions were accurate and easy to find. The place is very nice, clean, the breakfast included is very rich, perfect for starting the day. The very nice pool, the beach 5 m away. We loved the experience thank you so much !;)

Incredible location and the place is very nice and nice.

We were very comfortable in the apartment Good option if you are traveling with your pet, it has Jardin very nice. We only stayed one night. Well equipped with climate and kitchenette.

it was a simple hotel for our last night and we chose something basic because we had to leave at 6am. Location was very close to the airport and very convenient.

I stayed for 2 nights with Federico and felt welcome and home from the very first moment. It is a quiet and calm place just few steps from the beach and with a very nice rooftop place to relax. The rooms are spacious and very clean, aircondition and WiFi worked great. Federico was a great host and his recommendations and tips were very helpful. I will for sure look for this place again whenever I return to El Cuyo.

Federico is a really good host, very friendly and fun, he goes above and beond to make you feel like at home, the hotel is in an amazing location right on a beach and you can get anywhere around here by foot, lots of great restaurants right around the corner, would recomend!

Very good place to go with the family, you can go to see the sunset just a block away, walk to the center and have a very rich breakfast in the place or just a few blocks in a restaurant 🤝🏼

It was worth the price you paid. The host is very kind and responds quickly. Try the Puerto Santo restaurant which is very close. Good vibe along the shoreline. Impeccable service and in addition there was live music. Too cool as a spot The showerhead was defective and projected most of the water everywhere except the body. The towels stank with humidity and the floor wasn't very clean.

Very pleasant stay, ideal for disconnecting from everything. Simple but all clean. We will definitely visit Cubos de Arena again.
