A beautiful house, with lots of entertaining for kids, very well equipped kitchen and pieces. Condominium with common areas in excellent condition and very safe. Host who leaves clear instructions and responds to your concerns promptly.

About it met my expectations. In reality the photos fail to describe the whole charm of the house. My whole family group spent some unforgettable days that will remain as a good memory and anecdotas to be remembered during a good time. As a point of improvement. The living room due to its spaciousness, with the pair of furniture looks a little empty, functional if but can better fill the space.

Excellent experience! Our stay at Rosita's place was simply perfect. From the beginning, we felt right at home. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures, and even nicer in person. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well kept. The location is ideal - close to everything we needed, but quiet enough to rest. Also Rosita and her daughter were very attentive and kind, always willing to help us with any questions. The details did not go unnoticed: They welcomed us with some chocolates and bottle of wine (incredible). We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for making us feel so welcome. It was a wonderful experience!

A perfect stay! Our experience at this house was just exceptional. Everything was even better than the pictures. There are now cushions on the stove and pool seats, which makes the outdoor areas even more welcoming. In addition, the terrace has a fully equipped shed, ideal to enjoy at any time of day. The house is lovely, comfortable and was immaculately clean upon our arrival. Every corner is well thought out for rest and comfort. The garden is a true oasis, with beautiful vegetation that brings a lot of tranquility. Leonardo was an amazing host, always available for any inquiry and making sure our stay was perfect. Definitely a place we would love to return to. Totally recommended!

The house is very nice, spacious, warm, with a patio ideal for children. We were a weekend with my husband, our children and a couple of friends and we really enjoyed it very much. Jose Ignacio gives the super clear instructions and responds very quickly. Happy to go back

Excellent stay, the owners of the place are helpful at all times and very friendly, which makes it a very pleasant experience from the moment you arrive at the place. The whole environment is beautiful, the place is full of corners with nice details. The comfort of the rooms is excellent. If you want to relax and rest, this is the place to be. 10/10

Chelo is an excellent host, he and Marcela are very attentive and concerned that everything is fine during our stay. We opted for this apartment to attend the vineyard festival of the sea, it has an excellent location 10 minutes walking, there are restaurants, business, with the metro leaving the building with an excellent ocean view. I 100% recommend renting with Chelo, it was a very good experience.

Overall, a very excellent stay, spacious apartment with three bedrooms (we were two adults and two children) Quiet place, good swimming pool and play area for children, the location forces you to have a vehicle, since it is still high up and a little far from the center or large supermarkets, but downstairs just outside the condominium there is a business that has everything. We had a little mishap at the entrance with the key lock (but we solved it together by changing the batteries in the device). I'm sure Sandra will keep this in mind and will be careful to change them in time so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. We had a great time.

This is a lovely one bed apartmentnwith a superb view. We spent most of our one-month stay in the balcony looking at the passes-by and beach activities at Las Conchitas beach. The team of consierges was helpful and friendly and the apartment is located a short walk from all grocerie stores, bakeries, drugstorrs, etc. Fully recomme ded.

The apartment is very nice. Small, but accurate for four people. Very clean and tidy everything. The complex has a beautiful garden. Plenty of room for walking and walking. It's very serene. We personally loved it. we'll be back.

Excellent apartment. It has everything and was spotless. As everything is electric, the day the light was cut (throughout Chile) we were able to cook in a camping cook that is in the depto. Great detail that saved us!!! Cecilia is very proactive and worried about everything. Just a couple of easy to fix details: The WiFi doesn't really work (low capacity and coverage) The phone shower was covered on the last day.

A beautiful place, to totally relax and get in touch with nature. While to get there it has a certain diffucult, by the beach it is very possible.

An incredible cabin, private and disconnected from the noise, the environment is wonderful, Mrs. Maria is a person in charge of the maintenance of the accommodation and is a love, it helps you a lot in whatever you need. The place is nice and cozy. We will come back.

Everything was impeccable

very well located place to rest , and close to everything walking, the terrace and patio with exit to the beach give it a space for to share without disturbing anyone...happy with the choice

The bus terminal was very close, the place is beautiful and very well cared for, the cabin was excellent and the tinaja was the best! super friendly the hosts. Alex was always very attentive and was very nice in general. 10/10

Nice place very comfortable house, we were given all the directions very clearly , we were for two nights we stayed four and we were looking forward to more . We loved the rich of a getaway to a fully equipped place to do different activities . The tinaja available just for us was the most exquisite ❤️

Cabin ideal to stay close to the beach, enjoy a tinaja and a nice environment. The cabin has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It has a tv with Roku system, wifi and some board games. Some things have to be renovated that are already old. Walking 5 minutes from the beach. Nearby there is convenience store, shop and restaurants. We enjoy the tinaja and the barbecue.
