Beachfront holiday rentals in Raiatea

We stayed for six nights, and we were very satisfied with our time here. Our check-in went very smoothly. Barthelemy and Nathalie were wonderful checking us in as well as checking in with us throughout our time when we had questions. They are amazing people. This place is close to the water. One observation is that the street can get a bit noisy from time to time with street traffic. Amazing value

Gérards studios are an amazing location, easy to walk to town. And with him providing a free shuttle to the beach! What more could you ask for. My only complaint is the walls are super thin, and can hear the people in the studios next to you. Overall amazing house, host, location, etc. I would come back again!

I felt like I was on vacation with my grandparents. Hélène and Marcel were welcoming and had very good tips on activities to do on Tahaa. The rental of the bike was a real plus!!!

I’m not sure how to describe what a unique and special place this was for our family of 4. The arrival was simple, we purchased all our groceries for the entire stay and then went about our way to the small boat that took us to Ahuna. Overbuying was necessary as we knew what to expect. “Glamping”. Upon arrival to the villa we were in awe. It’s truly a beautiful & unique property. No other property is like this one from location to views to style to decor. I’m an interior designer so my job is to find beauty and inspiration all around me - and Ahuna did it for me. Everything felt authentic, collected and thoughtful. Please remember the context you’re in. This is a true island beach bum Bora Bora experience. To expect resort amenities is ridiculous and against the magic of this place. We woke up daily in heaven: walked right on our private beach and had coffee on the dock bungalow, paddle boarded, enjoyed slowness, showered outdoor. Ps Mosquitos bite like hell but we survived. Worth it

Loved everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again. She had literally everything you would need as well as a nice selection of water sport items, like snorkels and a kayak.

We loved this place! If you are looking for a quiet and very private getaway, this is perfect. Being out in the open air for the majority of the time is quite different. Amazing food was provided twice a day by Anne. She set our table and served us before sneaking off to give us privacy. Ken was so helpful getting us to and from the airport, and also to the mainland for a day on the town. On the way, he took us on a little tour of the lagoon where we saw stingrays. We also saw sharks and an assortment of beautiful fish during our stay. If we get to do it again, and we hope we do, we'd take heavy duty bug spray (for those that get bitten bad). The hosts provided citronella spray, but it didn't work for me. My husband didn't have any issues with mosquitos, so it worked for him. However, this would not stop me from going again. Vincent, thank you so much for sharing your slice of heaven with us. Your team, Anne and Ken, did a great job and were so welcoming, kind and wonderful.

The Sun House is a great place for a connection to nature, land and sea that I highly recommend. The hosts are warm and welcoming, always with a smile ☀️ Small bonus for the amazing snorkelling spot where we were able to observe rays, turtles very close by! 🐢

The accommodation is great with beautiful views of the pool. Small downside, no privacy with the neighbors who come to settle in the sunbeds in front of your glass window all day.

The hose JV was excellent. Very prompt responses, very accommodating, and the place was amazing. We changed our plans and booked this place last minute and they responded quickly, proactively made reservations at a nearby restaurant, and were very accommodating to our requests. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the island. It’s very chic, has everything you need, and was incredibly peaceful. It was the perfect place to end our time in French Polynesia.

Pascal and Diva made our stay on Bora Bora absolutely magical! Pascal knew all the right places to take us so we could see as much wildlife as possible! It was such a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

The house is awesome. We had 8 people and had plenty of space and no problems with showering or kitchen space. Nice washer and lines for drying. Ac in the bedrooms that worked well. Beautiful house, beautiful pool, gated and walled so it was very private and quiet. Easy to drive around. Great place!

This is a beautiful house and the pictures don't even do it justice. We loved having the private pool and the views of the mountain and the ocean were gorgeous. We loved our stay!

Immaculate, little bungalow with gracious, responsive hosts. Truly a slice of paradise away from the touristy spots. Gorgeous views, very private and SO quiet and peaceful. Hosts are very unobtrusive but are available with recommendations and guidance if needed. Hands down our favorite accommodation on our South Pacific tour. If we ever make it back, we would stay again without hesitation!!! Thank you Mick & Isabelle.

Place was private, quiet, very spacious, and absolutely beautiful. Having a private deck over the water with crystal clear water to snorkel and kayak in was more than we could as for. We highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of staying here.

We stayed with Stéphanie for the full time in Raiatea, it was such a beautiful place, interior (nicely decorated) as well as exterior. She cares for her garden (More beautiful than the public botanical garden if you ask me) the steep decent to the house gives you an amazing view of the bay, and you have comfortable furniture on her private small beach to take the view in closely. We went for one of the best kayak trips we had in French Polynesia! Although English isn't her strongest side Stéphanie was informative, helpful and very friendly. We strongly recommend this place - it's a perfect fit to an enjoyable holiday! Be mindful that it gets rather hot in European comparison (the sea brease doesn't pass the apartment and the ceiling fans aren't quite as effective as AC. However, windows and the sliding doors are well-equipped with Mosquito net so you can have it all open 24/7 (Fantastic)

Thank you for this trip! Friendliness and kindness were at the rendezvous! The tents are very clean and very comfortable with a very nice view. This is a place that brings you together! I would highly recommend!

What to say! Everything was perfect from the welcome to Moeana's arrival to our departure. The site is beautiful. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Moeana's husband who cooked us with her mother a delicious meal, and introduced us to Polynesian cuisine. We recommend without moderation! A hello to Bubble their adorable dog.

We loved our stay with Cathy. The house is very nice. The weather was not in the game so we couldn't kayak to the motu offered by our host. The bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The garden, terrace and dock are very well appointed. The house is well secured. The many caravans as well as shops are close by. In the evening, rays and black spot sharks (harmless) pass in front of the bungalow. A real show!!! In short! Only compliments on this place and this hostess.

Clean and spacious place, easy to find in a secure spot. Can get a bit noisy outside on weekends but would definitely come back for more sunset drinks on the pontoon !

This home is tucked away on a slope overlooking a beautiful bay. Excellent privacy and you’ll barely see another soul. We enjoyed the chill evenings together as a family and then made our trips to the main town about 40 minutes away for excursions.
