Öland Zoo and Coop are 12 minutes from the property. It takes 14 minutes to Färjestaden, where more grocery stores and shopping centers are available. It takes about 1 hour 15 minutes to Böda Sands camping. Please bring your own bed linens and towels.

Many nice walking opportunities in nature. In the countryside there are the flies, roosters like crazy and work carried out in the yard. Smaller dogs are welcome, larger dogs get too crowded in the small apartment.

The designer Carl Malmsten founded his school Capellagården in Vickley with an artistic focus. The facility is open to visitors and one of Öland's most visited tourist destinations. There is a café and a shop with nice handicraft products and home-grown plants for sale. Vicklebyalvaret attracts many flower lovers. In May, a sea of orchids spreads out.

There are several beaches in the area, the nearest 2 km away. Sweet chickens are on the farm, and there is an opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.
