In a peaceful location but only approx 10-15 mins walk to two beaches, or 2 mins drive to Maenporth beach which has a beachside car park. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants also within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday!

Set in a rural area just outside Penryn, our comfortable guest suite is on the first floor of our home. We are conveniently located between Falmouth and Truro. The accommodation provides plenty of space and can accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed plus a sofa bed). There is no kitchen, but a kettle, toaster and microwave are available. Guests will have their own key (accessible in a lockbox) and have their own entrance to the guest suite. There is plenty of parking available for guests.
