If you travel with family, you have found the right place! Impeccable, clean and beautiful! And we are demanding! Super easy communication with Antônio (although NOT necessary). I recommend it to everyone!

The villa is amazing! Plenty of bedrooms with storage and enough space. Numerous bathrooms. Very spacious living and dining. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (coffee machine, utensils, toaster, etc.) The playroom is a huge plus for rainy days. The pool is cold, but perfect for cooling off, and once in it is lovely. We had a great vacation at this amazing house! There are beautiful river beaches nearby, beautiful viewpoints too. You have to love calm and nature because there are no big cities within an hour (the closest is Coimbra) but supermarkets 5 min away for shopping;) The house is 1.5 hours from Porto and 2.5 hours from Lisbon, ideal for a day trip:) Thanks to Karen and her spouse for hosting us:) You can book without a second thought!

Enjoyed a peaceful stay in Esphinhosa. The house is very inviting with plenty of room. Views are amazing with the vineyards across the lane. Virtually no traffic since it is the 2nd last place on the road. A leisurely 5-minute stroll to the little hamlet of Esphinhosa. There's a very small coffee bar & grocery store in town. It has the very basics to get you through. If you plan to make your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, remember to purchase your groceries on the way. For large luggage, you will want to access the 2nd floor from the back door up the hill rather than using the spiral stairs. Also, Google Maps took us straight through Espinhosa. To squeeze through the houses where R.Direita meets R.dos Valados, we had to fold up the mirrors on our Dacia Duster with likely only 1/2" to spare on either side. Make sure to use Rua Cimo do Povo and follow the signs for Valado Houses. Good local food at Restaurante Pesqueirense in São João da Pesqueir.

Beautiful place, stunning views, very yummy breakfast every morning. Carlos is very friendly and helpful. the little cabins are comfortable and perfect for families.

The house has a great location and beautiful landscapes. It has excellent thermal comfort and well-equipped for a rest stay, as we wanted.

Immediately greeted by Rogerio and his beautiful energy. Such an effortlessly "down to earth" soul and comes across super altruistic. The house was meticulous and we was even gifted some eggs for the next day. If anyone is looking for some peace, re centering and grounding; I highly urge you to stay at this beautiful oasis!
