Stylish and incredibly cosy little cottage measuring 25 m², built in 2021, in a quiet and beautiful location in Ammenäs/Stången, close to woodland, nature and hiking trails, and within walking distance of swimming spots in both summer and winter. The cottage has a parking space and also a patio, which in the summer (June–August) is equipped with lounge furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Close to Torp shopping centre and Uddevalla town centre. In the local area of Bohuslän, there are also plenty of great places to visit, restaurants, shopping, interior design stores, and activities such as padel tennis and golf.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

You can park on the property and if you want to work for a while, there is a functional workplace with Wi-Fi. Spacious living room with dining table and a generous sofa, a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking, upstairs with bedroom and sleeping alcove.

Close to central Stenungsund with shops and restaurants. In the nearby area, there are many nice excursion destinations. Orust/Tjörn and the rest of Bohuslän are quick and easy to get to.

Here you are on the outskirts of Munkedal next to forest and beautiful hiking trails. The house has a large garden. Nearest store (3 km) and bus stop (2 km). To the popular swimming area Saltkällan, it is only 5 km and to all the pearls of the coast such as Lysekil, Smögen, Hunnebo, Fjällbacka and Grebbestad, it is 40 km, perfect as a starting point for many nice excursions. If you want to shop, there is everything you want at Torp shopping center, which you can reach in 10 minutes by car.
