Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a few steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. The cottage is about 50 sqm with a new bathroom (the toilet is inside the cottage.) The shower is on the gable of the house.

Large spacious terrace with large lawn that invites to pleasant outdoor activities both spring and summer. The cabin is remotely located, but at the same time close to what you may need and a 5 min drive from Torp Shopping Center with shops etc. 12 km to Uddevalla. Located in the heart of Bohuslän, with a 1-hour drive to Gothenburg, Smøgen, Koster and Marstrand, among other places.
