60 sqm cottage with its own beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, plus an induction hob with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowing boat are available during the stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Stay in a unique environment in central Uddevalla. Enjoy nature in the scenic Herrestadsfjället or take a boat trip to one of Bohuslän's pearls. With us, you will stay in a small cottage from the 1800s, with a large balcony and access to a garden. You can park on the property and if you want to work for a while, there is a functional workplace with Wi-Fi. Spacious living room with dining table and a generous sofa, a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking, upstairs with bedroom and sleeping alcove.

Lillstugan by the sea and forest

Silence, calm, meadows, forest and sea. Small, simple cottage, secluded, in the middle of nature on a plot with a cottage (where I live) and a barn. At our place in northern Orust, near Slussen, you have the opportunity to both relax and socialize. With minimal environmental impact, you can enjoy lazy summer days or cozy spring or autumn days in Lillstugan. Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest lands. Lillstugan offers glamping (a bit more luxurious than camping) at its best.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Villa Holmen

Villa Holmen offers quiet accommodation close to nature, ideal for families and for those seeking relaxation and outdoor activities. The house is child-friendly and situated in a secluded location close to a lake and natural surroundings. A boat is available to borrow at no extra cost during your stay (please let us know in advance). For fishing throughout the entire lake, we offer fishing permits for €50. This cozy little cottage can accommodate 4 people. It is within walking distance to Uddevalla city center and the hospital, as well as 300 meters from the nearest grocery store. The house has its own garden that you have at your disposal and you can park your car on the street outside. It's central yet quiet. Very well-equipped and fresh kitchen, bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and living room with sofa bed and separate bed.

Closer to the sea you will not, the deck is over the water. Here you live in a cottage of 25 m^3. A room with a kitchenette, fridge, coffee maker The toilet has a washbasin with hot and cold water. The shower is outside with hot water. The bedroom has 2 bunk beds. The lower bunk is 10 cm wider, with a duvet and pillow. Please bring your own sheets. On the veranda, there are 4 chairs and a dining table.
