Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Here you have 200 meters to the sea, 4 km to Torp Shopping Center, 9 km to five-star campsite with pool, water slide, sandy beach, high-altitude track and hiking trails. If you want to visit the west coast's pearls, you can reach Kungshamn, Smögen, Grebbestad and Lysekil in less than an hour. The apartment has two patios with sea views and there is outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. A small soccer field is also just outside.

Villa Holmen offers quiet accommodation close to nature, ideal for families and for those seeking relaxation and outdoor activities. The house is child-friendly and situated in a secluded location close to a lake and natural surroundings. A boat is available to borrow at no extra cost during your stay (please let us know in advance). For fishing throughout the entire lake, we offer fishing permits for €50. Very well-equipped and fresh kitchen, bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and living room with sofa bed and separate bed.
