Cosy little town centre flat on the 3rd floor in the heart of Randers, within walking distance of the train and bus stations. Parties and prostitution will not be tolerated!! The upstairs residents are watching the guests! The accommodation is suitable for 2–3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Bedroom with 140-cm bed, guest bed; the sofa in the living room can be converted into a 'small sofa bed' for 1–2 children! Armrests can be removed and pouf can be extended for long legs. There is a washer/dryer. There is NO TV. There is NO Wi-Fi.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

My beautiful house is 83 m2 with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a pull-out bed. A bed can be made for a 5th person. There is a baby chair, games and toys for children. A lovely kitchen-dining room with access to an old but cozy garden room, from which you can enjoy the beautiful garden. It takes approx. 15 minutes to walk into the center of Randers. If you drive into Randers, it is cheap to park next to the bus station = DKK 7/hour.
