It has 3 bedrooms in the main house, two internal bathrooms and one external one. Its social area consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, an integrated kitchen, a main dining room, a TV room and a large corridor in front of the garden, with a living room, dining tables and games. It has two grills, and ample parking.

The expansive outdoor space features a grassy area with a swing set and a patio bordered by flowering plants. The rustic house, with a wide overhang, showcases an inviting entrance and large windows that offer views of the surrounding hills and mountains.
