Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Wees welkom in de moderne bed & breakfast aan boord van woonschip Sequana. Met een ligplaats aan de oever van het IJmeer. We verwelkomen je graag in de kapiteinshut van dit mooie woonschip. De ruime privé studio (30 m2) heeft een heerlijk 2 persoons bankbed in de living, een eigen badkamer en wc en een volwaardige keuken. Je kunt gebruik maken van een waterkoker en koffiezet automaat en een koelkastje. Er is gratis koffie, thee, suiker en kruiden aanwezig. Je zult je hier gelijk thuis voelen!

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Our beautifully situated guest house "Sparrowhouse" is located near the picturesque village of Watergang. The stay is 5 km above Amsterdam, in the middle of the meadows and on Broekervaart. The Sparrowhouse offers a lot of privacy. You have your own bathroom and kitchen. A private garden is at your disposal overlooking the meadows, Broekervaart and from the skyline you can see Amsterdam. 2 bikes are at your disposal for free. Bus stop to Amsterdam Central Station is a 6-minute walk away

Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

Na een inspirerende dag in Amsterdam, is het heerlijk 'thuis' komen in dit originele appartement, dat gebouwd is in een oude hooiberg in het dorpje Watergang. Waar alles aanwezig is voor een ontspannen verblijf voor 2-4 personen. Zeer geschikt voor een fijne vakantie of lang verblijf. Gratis fietsen voor elke gast en gratis kano's en een kajak beschikbaar. Ook is het mogelijk om een motorboot te huren of om zelf met de gratis kano het beschermd natuurgebied in te varen.

In the old center of characteristic and unique Broek in Waterland in a barn rebuilt in 2017 behind the farm. Entirely private home with access (self check-in). Split-level with private garden. Downstairs (24 m2) is the living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hang and lay. WiFi available. There are two bicycles (Veloretti) for rent, 10.00 per bicycle per day.

The studio is in a safe and especially beautiful environment. All Amsterdam attractions within 6 km cycling distance. Prefer not to cycle? The bus or bike will take you to Diemen station in 4 minutes. Walking 15 minutes. From Diemen Station, a train leaves 4x per hour > 11 minutes to Amsterdam Central.

The Practice

A lovely luxury accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam city center. It is a five-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is completely private with a terrace all around and a beautiful garden with three places to sit. Fenced all around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for small children.

Houseboat 12 min from Amsterdam

A unique houseboat in the middle of nature and only 12 minutes by bus from Amsterdam. Relaxation space and a unique experience on the water, but with the luxury of a house. including free bicycles and canoes. Located on its own private island with 2 goats. behind our own yard. wonderfully warm in the winter and wonderfully cool in the summer, thanks to the air conditioning / heat pump.
