With a choice to tear it down or fix it up, we now have a sweet "tiny house" - 600 sq. ft. of beauty, charm and comfort. This 3 bedroom/3bath mobile home is clean and ready for a family or small group to enjoy a weekend getaway from the real world. We use this place as our “summer home” though it’s just minutes from our residence. We treat cotile as a big swimming pool and love entertaining family and friends here and just getting away .
