The balcony is protected from view with a thuja hedge and a trellis wall. From the balcony, you have a small glimpse of Lake Vänern when you look over the hedge.

With a 15-minute walk across the new bridge, you can easily get to Löfberg's purple arena. The property has a free parking space and Wi-Fi.
