Newly built attic house/small guest house right by Siljan and about 10 minutes' walk to the city center. Close to several restaurants, swimming areas, fishing and bike trails. Wood deck with outdoor furniture and possibility to barbecue. Sofa bed in living room, becomes 190x140 cm when folded out. Sleeping loft with double bed 200 x 160 cm (low to ceiling). Folding tables and 4 folding chairs are also in the house. Information for families with children: The sleeping loft is unsuitable for small children. Note that the highway runs in front of the house.

Stay in a small but cozy pine dream at the end of Rättviksbacken overlooking Lake Siljan. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Linear TV is available but no Wi-Fi. The hot air pump keeps you warm. Go skiing, skating, snowshoeing or walking on Långbryggan... the choices are many and if you get tired of outdoor activities, there is the local cinema, bowling, swimming pool and the old gym at a short distance from the cabin. A car can be nice here but it is possible to get here by train and then get around on foot.

It's easy to thrive here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive and clean towels are provided. This is a really cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen as well as a veranda of 29 sqm with magnificent views of Siljan. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.
