Apartment on the ground floor of a cottage built in 2020. The cabin is located 970 m above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Ski-in/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and alpine terrain eastwards behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain towards Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. Skileiken 4 is a family-friendly and modern ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen. The cabin is located high up in the hill in the very beautiful ski resort in Rauland and you thus have the opportunity for both cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and top tours right out from the cabin wall. There are 3 ski resorts with a total of 41 slopes and 150 km of cross-country ski trails. The cabin has parking just outside the cabin wall, with access to an electric car charger. In summer and autumn, the area is perfect for hiking with great hiking terrain, cycling and fishing.

Bring the whole family to the great and child-friendly Rauland ski resort. Here you have what you need outside the door. The cabin is located in the first row towards slope 23, and here you can ski right out from the terrace. There are no cabins in front, so here you can enjoy the undisturbed hot tub later in the evening overlooking the Rauland mountains while the kids can ski outside the terrace. The cabin has 3 bedrooms + loft bedroom with double bed. Low ceiling height in the loft room and only curtains for the door, so this room is best suited for children.

Cozy new cabin

Enjoy time with your loved ones in a cosy cottage in Holtardalen. It was moved in to in autumn 2023 and is a great place to be with the family. We use the cabin a lot, but we rent it out when we are unable to be here ourselves. Put on your alpine or cross-country skis and walk out of the cabin. Ground floor: hallway, WC, 1 bedroom with double bed, living room and kitchen 2nd floor: living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with two 120-cm beds in each room. Perfect for families with children/teenagers. Pets not allowed.
