“This cottage is lovely - solid, beautifully converted and cosy in the winter. Its location, a ten minute walk from the centre of Redbrook village, is great if you want to walk to the river Wye, pub(s) or shop / post office. Wheelwright Cottage is a quality place, there was loads of hot water, cotton sheets, fluffy towels, cherry pie, milk....the list goes on. In terms of support, help was there almost immediately when we had a minor technical problem which was sorted in seconds - you can’t ask for more than that! Sarah messaged us to say the cottage was ready before check-in, which was a kind touch. A charming discovery we made was that the brook we could hear running close by the cottage marks the boundary between England and Wales. If you stay here you will be in Wales!”

“We have just spent New Year in Wye Green and had a fabulous time. We were two couples and the space worked perfectly - it’s so rare to find two double bedrooms, let alone both with en-suite! The apartment it much bigger than it looks in the pictures, was very well equipped and warm & cosy. Redbrook is a perfect location for the Wye Valley. We did lots of walks right from the doorstep and the local hospitality, from bus drivers to pub staff, is all very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Glynis for being an excellent host with a lovely Airbnb!”

“I challenge you to find a more beautiful cottage. Everything about it – from the stained glass window to the stream running under the house – makes it such a special little place. The village is within walking distance, but the area is so quiet that we managed to sleep in until about 11am one morning. The surrounding countryside is breathtaking and ideal for long walks. We also befriended a rabbit which came to visit us on the decking in the evenings. Rebecca was lovely, really helpful, and even left us milk, butter, brownies and a couple of eggs from her chickens (delicious, thank you). We will most certainly be back.”
