Woodside - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning addition to our home with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

Also nearby is Bristol city centre, Clifton suspension bridge, the Downs, Banksy graffiti/Stokes Croft, Whiteladies Rd, Clifton village, The Wave (surfing), an independent cinema and many independent cafes/coffee shops.

Our lovely garden room is a private, self contained en-suite studio on our lower ground floor with its own access. We are in a safe and quiet residential area, away from the noise, yet close to the vibrant Cotham Hill and Whiteladies Road with their many shops, restaurants and bars. Beautiful Clifton is close, Bristol city centre a 20 min walk & Redland train station is 5 mins away.

The Loft House is a charming, newly renovated house in the heart of Bath . A host of lovely cafes, restaurants and independent shops are right on the doorstep. The historic Circus is a stone's throw away with the Royal Crescent a short walk beyond. Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
