The Piggery cottage dog friendly central location

The Piggery is a lovely, cosy holiday cottage which is equipped to a high standard. There is adjacent parking and a private seating area outside. Free WiFi is available as well as Freeview TV. The location is peaceful and rural with the added bonus of easy access to the North and South coast, the A30 just 2 miles away. Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

The Garden Studio Sunny, stylish private suite

The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

Quiet and clean retreat. Newly converted garage space, finished to a high standard, with its own front entrance. Modern ensuite shower room with complementary hygiene items. Cereals, tea & coffee and mini fridge with complimentary snacks. Smart TV. Central Cornwall. 1 mile to Lanhydrock trails. 20 minutes from The Eden Project. 5 minutes from the A30 and train station. Shop and fish and chip shop within walking distance. You will need to drive 20-30 minutes for beaches and larger towns.

A fresh, vibrant, comfortable space for a couple to stay while exploring Cornwall. Located in a tranquil village connected to The Eden Project via walking / cycling trails, walking distance from Knightor Winery and with loads of scenic walks on the doorstep. We are handily located for the stunning beaches of St Austell Bay and a 30 minute drive from Newquay's surf beaches. The harbour village of Charlestown is three miles away and we are within easy reach of the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

The Hay Loft is the first floor of a 1850’s Coach House and Stables. The whole interior measures approximately 16m x 5m. Fully self contained, the apartment is very spacious and can accommodate 2 people comfortably. King Size bed, linen included. Lounge area, 32” Freesat TV. Dining Table & chairs. Fitted Kitchen, dishwasher etc. Large walk in shower enclosure, separate bath, cosy long robes and complimentary toiletries. Decking area with lighting, overlooking open field onto woods.

The Den is nestled away in a private setting in the heart of Cornwall. Warm, bright and fully equipped on the inside and with outside seating areas for alfresco dining on those pleasant evening’s. The Den has everything needed for a relaxing get away. Located just a ten minute drive away from The Eden Project and Charlestown with a selection of restaurants and pubs. The rugged north Cornish coast is less than 15 miles away with breathtaking coastal walks and beaches aplenty.

The Annex, Small Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a small double bed (190cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The main train line is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, restaurants, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away.

Bootlace Cottage in Tywardreath

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! This property is set in the historic town of Lostwithiel close to all amenities. Detached annexe stylishly decorated ideal for a single person or couple looking for a base for walking or exploring Cornwall. Countryside views and airy light rooms make this space feel bigger than it is whilst being cosy and relaxing with wood burning stove in Winter. Off road parking with easy level access to the property and level access into Lostwithiel.
