Failure to comply will result in the immediate abandonment of the accommodation and a fine of 300€: - Unidentified persons are not allowed to enter the accommodation or the building (if there are going to be more people, you ONLY need to provide PERSONAL DETAILS after booking so that we have a record of them). - No parties or events. - It is not allowed to make noise or speak loudly after 11:00 PM (this is due to the fact that the windows in the bedrooms of our building face the terrace of the unit and a high tone can cause inconvenience to the neighbors). - Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
