Loft in the studio This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, including the pond and barbecue area.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. The bungalow is located in a quiet part of Bad Ischl with scenic views of the surrounding mountains. A large garden offers space to relax or enjoy fun and games with kids. No traffic noise will disturb you. In front of the bungalow is your designated and free parking spot. The world-famous towns Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang are roughly within a 20km radius, and Salzburg is approximately 50km away. A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Charming 2-room apartment in Bad Ischl

The apartment is attached to a detached house and has a separate entrance. The apartment is about 38 square meters and consists of 2 rooms separated by a small but cozy kitchen. It is best suited for 2-3 people. A kitchenette is available. Within 1-2 km there are shops, a tavern, train station, Eurotherme and bus stops. In front of the apartment is a small green area. €3.50 local tax per person per night to be paid in cash on site.
