Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Close by the house runs a river where you can fish small trout or swim. There are several nice waterfalls close by. Hiking trails up the mountain starts just 200 m from the house. Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the public. Around the house graze goats, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.

A gem at the sea.

Peaceful and nice place about 4 km past Strandvik city centre. Where there is a shop-resturang/pub and great park. Sand volleyball courts are there too. The house is idyllically close to the sea. Canoe can be locked and the fishing possibilities are good. The boat in the pictures can and can be used. We have and some bikes that can be borrowed. Great for anyone who wants to vacation in a quiet setting. All washouts take care of the host

High quality interior and building , built in 2012. Big open spaces, lots of sleeping fasilities in the shared area. I built this cabin as a sanctuary, for myself. Priority are light open spaces, not many bedrooms. Now time is right to share with you - please feel welcome! Shopping in Jondal, ca 25 min drive away. Or in Odda - ca 1 hour drive. ...yes, that is where you find Trolltunga :)
