Terrasse pour fumeurs avec jacuzzi de 2 à 4 personnes et 2 parkings . Nuitée pour 4 personnes pour 1 nuit. A la semaine ou au mois, prix dégressif . Arrivée dès 13h / départ 11h. Entrée et sortie sont autonomes avec boîte à clés. Le respect du silence après 22h sinon une sanction de 100€ sera demandée.

Ce petit cocon se trouve dans le quartier le plus recherché de Rémire-Montjoly au fond du jardin du propriétaire. Refait totalement à neuf également pour les équipements, le logement connecté (wifi avec fibre, climatiseur neuf, NETFLIX). Amis des animaux, nous avons une petite chienne O. et un gros chien T. très gentils.
