Appartement coquet, neuf , climatisé et vous détendre dans un lit king size avec TV et un grand canapé lit avec TV 65". Proche du bourg, de l'aéroport, d'un grand centre commercial à 20min. Terrasse pour fumeurs avec jacuzzi de 2 à 4 personnes et 2 parkings . Nuitée pour 4 personnes pour 1 nuit. A la semaine ou au mois, prix dégressif . Arrivée dès 13h / départ 11h. Entrée et sortie sont autonomes avec boîte à clés. Le respect du silence après 22h sinon une sanction de 100€ sera demandée.

Maisonette Studio avec jardin privatif en bord de mer (2 minutes à pieds) accès immédiat à la plage des salines, au calme, paisible avec de la verdure. Ce petit cocon se trouve dans le quartier le plus recherché de Rémire-Montjoly au fond du jardin du propriétaire. Refait totalement à neuf également pour les équipements, le logement connecté (wifi avec fibre, climatiseur neuf, NETFLIX). Amis des animaux, nous avons une petite chienne O. et un gros chien T. très gentils.

Hi. Our large T2 in the village of Matoury is a 5-minute drive from Félix Eboué Airport. Fully equipped with a double bed, shower room, separate toilet. The accommodation can accommodate a couple with a child thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Parking is complimentary and you have two spaces. The apartment is located next to a large square that runs along a stream, a trail. A Sunday market is within walking distance and 10 minutes from a shopping area by car.
