Our house has a detached new unit at the backyard with a separate entrance. My brother and I are both professional workers, and mostly spend afternoons around the house. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing.
