The accommodation was very quiet, and the apartment is exactly as it is in the description. The neighborhood is quite safe, and Matheus has been shown to be very helpful. The negative point goes to the garage, which can only be accessed from the outside of the building. In addition, it is a good cost-benefit (I would stay again, no doubt).
