The property is rurally located in the village of Cwm but just a stone’s throw from any amenities you might need during your break, such as being just a short walk from the local pub and restaurant, The Blue Lion. With a cosy wood-burner in the living area, you can either stay in and admire the views or explore the many nearby walks, including the Offa’s Dyke footpath which passes close by.

The Stone Hut is in a very secluded spot surrounded by woods. It has two rooms, one is the bedroom which has a double bed and the other room has an unusual cast iron wood burner with two cooking rings and a kitchen area. There is an outside shower hut and a compost loo which is all for your own private use. There is no electric so you will need to get the fire going to boil the kettle.We provide a coolbox for keeping food cool, and provide ice packs. Please note, only one well behaved dog.

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

The cottage has 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room allowing us to sleep 6.

Farm pods

Glamping Pods are set on a family run farm within stunning views of the north wales coast, and surrounded by panoramic views looking out to the sea. Been told by so many that the pictures do NOT do it any justice. There is a petrol station and a shop 1/2 mile down the road, 3 miles from the town of Abergele, which hosts a range of different takeaways and a Tesco’s.

The Studio Ty Hwnt Ir Afon

The Studio may seem remote, however, I think it is in the middle of everywhere. We are not far from the coast, close to the Denbigh Moors and the Vale of Clwyd and about 30 mins drive to the Snowdonia National Park.
